    We start with how you wear your hair day to day, what has worked before and what hasn't.

    Your stylist explains the approach, time and price, and suggests an option that suits your budget.

  3. Unhurried work

    Appointments are booked with breathing room, so detail work is never squeezed in.

  4. Leave with a routine

    A few minutes on styling and aftercare so it looks right on day five, not just day one.

Do I need a patch test for colour?

If you're new to colour with us, yes. It takes a few minutes and should be done at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. We'll arrange it when we reply.

Should I arrive with clean hair?

Come as you normally wear your hair so your stylist can see its natural texture and fall. For colour, hair washed a day or two before is ideal.

What if I'm running late?

Let us know by replying to your confirmation email. We'll always try to keep your full service, or suggest a shorter option so the next guest isn't delayed.

Can I bring inspiration photos?

Please do. Photos make the consultation faster and help us talk honestly about what will suit your hair type and upkeep preferences.
